The Eagle 1655M 55-Gallon Lab Pack Drum provides a durable solution for storing, handling, and transporting hazardous materials and other compatible contents. Constructed from blow-molded high-density polyethylene (HDPE) with UV inhibitors, this open-head drum is designed to resist weather, chemicals, and demanding industrial environments.
The removable white lid is secured with a metal lever-lock band, allowing convenient access while providing a secure closure. The 55-gallon drum can be used as a lab pack for smaller non-damaged containers, including bottles, cans, carboys, and 5-gallon pails containing non-leaking hazardous materials. When packaging leaking materials, sufficient absorbent material must be used and no free liquids are permitted.
